Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your FYR order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This period starts the day after you (or someone you designate) receive the last product of your order.

How to start a return

Email us at info@fyrnordicfire.com within the 14 days with your name, order number and the products you're returning. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. We'll reply with the return address and a confirmation.

Sending it back

• Return the products within 14 days of letting us know.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
• You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may deduct any loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs of your original order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we've received the products or you've shown proof of return. If you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard option, we only refund the standard shipping cost.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at info@fyrnordicfire.com, ideally with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
